Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Products that are used, damaged through customer handling, incomplete or not returned in their original packaging may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund where permitted by law.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us at ze75wykacqi@hotmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the product details, the reason for the return and photographs where relevant. Do not send products to the manufacturer or to our company address without receiving return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is required because we sent an incorrect or defective product or applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
5. Inspection and Refunds
After the returned product is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after the return has been received and approved. The time required for the payment provider or bank to post the refund may vary.
6. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at ze75wykacqi@hotmail.com with your order details and photographs. We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions or a remedy in accordance with applicable law.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the return conditions above. Contact us before sending the product back.
