1. Shipping Destinations
We ship our products worldwide. Shipping availability may depend on the destination, product type and applicable import restrictions.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are paid by the customer. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation where checkout rates are unavailable.
3. Order Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time may vary according to product availability, order volume and destination. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates depend on the shipping service, destination, customs processing and local carrier operations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses or events beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country. The customer is also responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information and for complying with local import requirements.
6. Tracking and Delivery Issues
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Please contact us promptly at ze75wykacqi@hotmail.com if an order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged. We may request photographs, packaging details and carrier documentation.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
